Santa Claus Is Coming To Town! 2016 - December 10th -11:30am-2:00pm

We have an all-star cast this year!! Santa, a Caricature Artist to draw your little elves,  a Free Professional photo with Santa, Story time with Santa and Pictures with Olaf!

Santa is coming back to Fairfax again this year!  He had so much fun last year with over 150 people attending.  See you December 5th!

Parents feel free to bring your cameras as we will have a photo booth area for you to take pictures of your kids with Christmas props.

• Professional photographer will take your picture with Santa and upload it to his website. You can download this photo for free and print yourself! and you may also purchase prints from him, via his website. Instructions on how to down load your free pictures will be hosted here after the event.
• While you are waiting for your picture, have your children write their Christmas wish list to Santa, color/draw a picture, build a Christmas ornament.
• Snacks will be provided
• Bring your cameras for fun pictues with the family in our cardboard cutouts.

Fredericksburg is an amazing historic city.  There are many activities to be involved in downtown from live music to the annual Christmas Parade. There is always something to do.  We love to take the kids to the Christmas Parade each year.  We also love all the parks that are available in the area.  We love to try all the restaurants downtown.  One of our recent favorites is Vivify which is a small place that serves homemade applesauce and burgers. Another favorite of ours is Tito's Dinner on Carl D. Silver Parkway- comfort food at its finest.  

Our home is right around the corner from everything.  We are nestled in a little nook that many people do not know is here.  The neighborhood is about 11 years old and it is well hidden from the city, but so close to everything.  Our children love the pool and the tot lots which are both walking distance from our home.

While we were preparing to move to Virginia, I began a house search online.  I found the Idlewild neighborhood website and thought, "I want to live there."  It is beautiful and has great amenities.  When we arrived in Virginia I immediately began looking at homes in Idlewild.  I was shocked to see how much better it was in person.  We absolutely love the neighborhood and if we could pick up our house and move it to our new location, we would do it.  I viewed several homes in the neighborhood, but when I walked into this one, I just knew it was the one.  It needed some cosmetic work and I love to make things pretty so over the last 6 years we have updated many areas of the home.  My favorite room in our home is our master bedroom.  It is a real retreat.  The vaulted ceiling and spaciousness are comforting to me.  The master bath is amazing as well.  I love the granite on all of the countertops and the wood floors.  We put a lot of work into the house and hope that the people who move in love it as much as we do.

While we were preparing to move to Virginia, I began a house search online.  I found the Idlewild neighborhood website and thought, "I want to live there."  It is beautiful and has great amenities.  When we arrived in Virginia I immediately began looking at homes in Idlewild.  I was shocked to see how much better it was in person.  We absolutely love the neighborhood and if we could pick up our house and move it to our new location, we would do it.  I viewed several homes in the neighborhood, but when I walked into this one, I just knew it was the one.  It needed some cosmetic work and I love to make things pretty so over the last 6 years we have updated many areas of the home.  My favorite room in our home is our master bedroom.  It is a real retreat.  The vaulted ceiling and spaciousness are comforting to me.  The master bath is amazing as well.  I love the granite on all of the countertops and the wood floors.  We put a lot of work into the house and hope that the people who move in love it as much as we do.

Fredericksburg is an amazing historic city.  There are many activities to be involved in downtown from live music to the annual Christmas Parade. There is always something to do.  We love to take the kids to the Christmas Parade each year.  We also love all the parks that are available in the area.  We love to try all the restaurants downtown.  One of our recent favorites is Vivify which is a small place that serves homemade applesauce and burgers. Another favorite of ours is Tito's Dinner on Carl D. Silver Parkway- comfort food at its finest.  

Our home is right around the corner from everything.  We are nestled in a little nook that many people do not know is here.  The neighborhood is about 11 years old and it is well hidden from the city, but so close to everything.  Our children love the pool and the tot lots which are both walking distance from our home.
